Restaurants & QSR · CLEAN + CARE

Façade, signage and drive-thru that look the same at every branch of your restaurant chain.

Guests see your restaurant from the street and the road first: the façade, glass, signage and drive-thru lane are the brand's first impression. BİGEL manages exterior cleaning and minor maintenance for restaurant chains to one standard across every branch. Work can be scheduled after closing without disrupting operations, and every visit closes with before and after photos, GPS and a timestamp.

Scope

What does restaurant exterior cleaning cover?

BİGEL CLEAN handles the guest-facing exterior of each branch with a defined method, equipment and photo angle. Modules can be applied once or added to a periodic programme.

Façade and glass

Shopfronts, entrance glass and curtain walls; composite, metal, stone and painted surfaces. The Glass & Façade Clean module uses a method suited to each surface.

Signage, totems and wayfinding

Restaurant sign cleaning directly affects brand visibility. Signs, totems and wayfinding are cleaned with surface-appropriate methods, so the branch stays legible from the road.

Drive-thru lane and car park

Dirt, oil stains and litter on concrete, asphalt, pavers, epoxy and stone across the drive-thru lane, car park and entrance. Delivered through the Floor & Car Park Clean module.

Outdoor seating furniture

Regular cleaning of the outdoor seating area and its furniture. Loose, damaged or missing parts are routed to a CARE work order under Furniture Care.

Seasonal programme: leaves, mud, winter grime

Seasonal Clean builds a programme around winter grime, moss, leaves, mud and slip risks. Emergency Clean covers sudden soiling, spills, bad weather or vandalism.

Restaurant maintenance · Restaurant Care

Restaurant Care: small jobs closed before they pile up.

BİGEL CARE's Restaurant Care package brings small jobs on the façade, signage, outdoor seating, drive-thru and interior into one work-order flow. Instead of finding a different contractor for every fault, the branch or head office raises a request through one channel.

01

Request

One channel: branch request or audit finding.

02

Photo assessment

Damage type, priority and proposed action.

03

Task approval

Scope, owner and due date.

04

Field intervention

Standard execution by the regional team.

05

Closure report

  • Minor Works: tightening, fixing, handle and accessory replacement, sealant, spot painting
  • Sign Care: signage, totem and wayfinding maintenance
  • Exterior Care: façade, entrance and outdoor area maintenance
  • Furniture Care: furniture and display elements
  • Pavement Care: floors, kerbs and car park maintenance
  • Preventive Care and Emergency Care: periodic preventive maintenance and emergency field response

Work requiring specialist expertise or legal authorisation (electrical, mechanical installations, etc.) is coordinated with qualified specialists; BİGEL manages detection, planning and closure tracking. Kitchen, hood and food-hygiene services are outside this scope.

Franchise networks

One standard across the franchise network.

In franchise structures, every branch cleaning differently creates inconsistency in brand appearance. BİGEL works with head office under one contract and one service definition, so franchisee execution becomes visible, measurable and centrally manageable.

  • A common checklist for all branches
  • Standard photo angles and quality criteria
  • Planned site visits by regional teams
  • Site-level scores and non-conformity tracking
  • Comparative dashboard for head office
Franchise audit · BİGEL AUDIT

Franchise restaurant standards audit: measure, then close.

Franchise audit measures standard compliance across the network on behalf of head office. Customer Experience Audit looks at visibility, entrance, wayfinding, checkout and waiting areas and produces a CX SCORE. Visual Audit checks signage, illuminated letters, vinyl, posters and shopfronts. Every finding becomes a CARE work order, and closure is verified with a photo.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does restaurant façade and sign cleaning cover?

The façade and glass, shopfront and entrance glass, signs, totems and wayfinding, the outdoor seating area, the drive-thru lane, the car park and the entrance surroundings. Scope is defined for each branch with a checklist; modules run once or as a periodic programme.

Does drive-thru lane and car park cleaning disrupt service hours?

It is planned to keep disruption to a minimum. Visit times, access conditions and target durations are agreed at the scope and SLA stage. Night Clean is cleaning scheduled after closing without disrupting operations; for branches open late, timing is set together with the branch.

How does head office track the exterior of franchise branches?

Every branch is visited with the same checklist and standard photo angles. Each visit is recorded with before and after photos, GPS and a timestamp. Site scores, non-conformities and open work orders are tracked on a comparative dashboard for head office, and franchise audit measures standard compliance on its behalf.

Does the cleaning programme change with the seasons?

Yes. Seasonal Clean builds a programme around winter grime, moss, leaves, mud and slip risks. Sudden soiling, spills, bad weather or vandalism are handled outside the plan with Emergency Clean.

Is kitchen or hood cleaning included?

No. BİGEL's restaurant scope covers the façade, glass, signage, outdoor seating and drive-thru, plus minor interior maintenance jobs. Kitchen, hood and food-hygiene services are out of scope.

How does a pilot start for a restaurant chain?

A pilot typically runs on 20–30 sites over a 4–6 week period. Scope and criteria are approved, a baseline measurement is taken, and a second round verifies action closure and score progress. You end with baseline scores, photo-backed findings and a roll-out plan.

Let's define a pilot scope for your branch network.

Start with selected branches and see baseline scores, photo-backed findings and a roll-out plan based on real field data at the end of the pilot.
