Banking · CLEAN + CARE

Bank branch and ATM cabin cleaning, one standard across the network.

Whether at a branch or an off-site ATM, the first thing a customer sees is the entrance, the glass and the ATM cabin. BİGEL plans branch and ATM cabin cleaning and maintenance centrally, delivers it with regional teams and records every visit with before and after photos.

Scope

What does bank branch and ATM cabin cleaning cover?

In banking, field work concentrates on branch entrances, ATM cabins, glass and façade, counters and partitions. Each area has a defined method, checklist items and photo angles, so a branch in one city and an ATM point in another are measured the same way.

  • ATM cabin and surroundings: cabin glass, interior surfaces, entrance and surrounding area cleaning, plus a check of the cabin's visible physical condition (within Auto & ATM Care)
  • Branch entrance, glass and façade: Glass & Façade Clean for shopfronts, entrance glass, curtain walls, composite, metal, stone and painted surfaces
  • Signage and illuminated letters: Signage & Totem Clean for surface-appropriate cleaning, Sign Care for signage and wayfinding maintenance; illuminated letters and signage appearance are tracked through Visual Audit items
  • Counters and partitions: cleaning of counters and partitions in customer areas, plus minor physical fixes such as tightening and fixing
  • Emergency response to vandalism and sudden soiling: Emergency Clean covers sudden soiling, spills, bad weather, vandalism or pre-audit rapid response
Night Clean

After-hours scheduling

Work at the branch entrance and inside the branch must not disrupt customers or branch operations. Night Clean is cleaning scheduled after closing hours without disrupting operations.

  • The visit calendar is built centrally around branch opening hours
  • After-hours work follows the same checklist and photo rule
  • Modules can be one-off or part of a periodic programme
  • Seasonal needs (winter grime, mud, leaves and slip risks) can be added through Seasonal Clean
CARE + AUDIT

Minor repairs and physical condition

A loose handle on a cabin door, a shifted partition or a faded wayfinding label looks minor on its own; repeated across a network, it shapes how the brand is seen. Auto & ATM Care is the CARE package focused on ATM cabins, branch entrances and counters.

01

Detection

A request or a Physical Audit finding arrives through one channel: walls, doors, furniture, barriers, railings and minor damage are recorded with photos.

02

Work order

Damage type, priority, scope, owner and target date are set.

03

On-site fix

Minor Works such as tightening, fixing, handle and accessory replacement, sealant and spot painting by a regional team.

04

Closure

The work order closes with an after photo and a quality check.

  • Scope boundary: BİGEL's work is the cleaning and visible physical condition of the ATM cabin and its surroundings. Cash handling, technical maintenance of the ATM device and security services are out of scope
  • Work requiring specialist skills or legal certification, such as electrical or mechanical installations, is coordinated with qualified specialists; BİGEL manages detection, planning and closure tracking
Visibility

Visibility across the branch network

Head office and regional management want to see what happened in the field as evidence, not just as a report. Every visit produces photos, a checklist and a score; findings become work orders.

  • Before and after photos, GPS and timestamp
  • Site, region and period comparisons; underperforming branches and ATM points in one list
  • Brand Audit and Visual Audit cover logo, corporate colours, current signage, campaign material and illuminated letters; Customer Experience Audit covers entrance, wayfinding and waiting areas
  • With FIELD360: one contract, one operations centre and a regional team network; visits, scores, open findings and closure evidence on one screen
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does ATM cabin cleaning cover?

Cleaning of the cabin glass, interior surfaces, entrance and surroundings, plus a check of the cabin's visible physical condition. Every visit is recorded with before and after photos. Minor needs such as a loose door handle, fixing or spot painting are tied to a work order under Auto & ATM Care.

Can branch cleaning be done outside business hours?

Yes. Night Clean is cleaning scheduled after closing hours without disrupting operations. Branch hours go into the visit calendar, and after-hours work is verified with the same checklist and photo rule.

Do you also serve off-site ATMs?

Scope is defined by your site list, and off-site ATM points can be added to it as separate sites. Visits are planned centrally and carried out by regional teams. Every point is recorded to the same checklist and photo standard, so branches and off-site ATMs are compared in the same report.

How fast is the response to vandalism or sudden soiling?

Emergency Clean is the defined rapid-response module for sudden soiling, spills, bad weather and vandalism. Target response times are agreed as SLAs at the start, based on your site structure, and tracked in reporting.

Is technical maintenance of the ATM device included?

No. BİGEL's scope is the cleaning and visible physical condition of the ATM cabin and its surroundings. Technical maintenance of the device, cash handling and security services are out of scope. Work requiring legal certification, such as electrical work, is coordinated with qualified specialists.

How do we get started?

You can start with a pilot at selected branches and ATM points. At the end you have baseline scores, photo-verified findings and a rollout plan based on real field data. Quotes are prepared based on number of sites, regional spread, service frequency and scope.

Let's run your branch and ATM network to one standard.

Start with a pilot at selected branches and ATM points: baseline measurement, photo-verified findings and site scores. Then scale regionally and nationwide based on the results.
