Fuel Stations · AUDIT 100

Fuel station audit: 100 criteria, one score.

We make brand standard, visual execution, cleanliness, physical condition and customer experience measurable at every station in your network. Each station is audited with the same checklist, verified with photos and scored out of 100.

Scope

How it differs from regulatory inspections

Fuel quality, measuring instruments and licence compliance are inspected by the competent authorities; BİGEL does not carry out those inspections. AUDIT 100 looks at everything a customer sees and experiences at the station. It does not replace official inspections; it complements them.

  • Brand and visual standard: logo, corporate colours, current signage, campaign material and price communication
  • Cleanliness: forecourt, pump islands, glass and façade, car park, waste area and common areas
  • Physical condition: barriers, kerbs, railings, doors, furniture and minor damage
  • Customer experience: visibility, entrance, wayfinding, checkout and waiting area
Audit categories

What is checked at the station?

The five BİGEL AUDIT modules are adapted to the station's physical layout. The question set and score weights are approved with you before the pilot.

  • Brand Audit: brand elements on the canopy and totem, corporate colours, campaign material and price communication (BRAND SCORE)
  • Visual Audit: signage, totem and price board, illuminated letters, vinyl, posters, shop window and digital screens
  • Clean Audit: forecourt surface, pump islands, canopy, glass and façade, car park and waste area; colour-coded summary
  • Physical Audit: damage to barriers, kerbs, railings, doors and furniture; findings become maintenance work orders
  • Customer Experience Audit: visibility from the road, entry and exit wayfinding, shop entrance, checkout and waiting area (CX SCORE)
AUDIT 100 scoring model

How is the score calculated?

10 categories, 100 checkpoints. Each item scores Compliant (100), Partial (50) or Non-compliant (0); category weights produce a station score out of 100. We publish the model openly, so it is always clear what the score is based on.

Safety

At a fuel station, safety comes first.

A fuel station leaves little room for risk. That is why Safety & Risk carries the highest weight in AUDIT 100, and critical findings do not wait for the report.

  • Safety & Risk makes up 15% of the score
  • Instant alert on critical findings, without waiting for the report
  • Findings are prioritised as critical, high, medium or low
  • Field teams are assessed against uniform, ID, occupational health and safety and digital record standards
  • Work requiring legal authorisation, such as electrical or mechanical installations, is coordinated with qualified specialists; BİGEL manages detection, planning and closure tracking
Evidence and reporting

Every finding is backed by a photo, every visit by a location.

Each item is recorded with a photo, location, date and note. The photo rule is defined per question: conditional, mandatory or before-and-after.

  • Visits verified with mandatory photos and GPS
  • Station scorecard with a red-amber-green status summary
  • JSON / PDF report
  • BİGEL Map: every station on a map of Türkiye in its score colour; drill down from region to city to station
  • Station, region and period comparisons
Action

From finding to work order

An audit doesn't end with a report. Findings are classified by priority and owner; minor maintenance is resolved on site with BİGEL CARE, cleaning needs with BİGEL CLEAN, and closure is verified with a photo.

Service models

From a single audit to a continuous programme.

Quotes are based on the number of stations, question count, photo requirements, travel, audit frequency, report format and dashboard scope.

  • Site-based audit: one-off audit at selected stations
  • Periodic audit: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual programme
  • Project audit: bulk check after campaigns, openings or signage changes
  • Franchise and dealer audit: measuring standard compliance across the dealer network on behalf of head office
  • Investment and handover: documenting physical condition before purchase, lease or handover
Field network

Your whole station network, one standard.

BİGEL started with field work for fuel station networks. Today central planning and quality control run from Istanbul, while audits are carried out by regional teams.

  • Local team network reaching all 81 provinces
  • Shared checklist, photo angles and closure rules
  • Audit, cleaning and maintenance under one contract, one standard and one report with FIELD360
Pilot

Measure selected stations first.

20–30 sites, 4–6 weeks, two visit rounds: baseline and verification. At the end of the pilot you have station scores, a photo-backed findings list and a roll-out plan.

  • Audit summary and category scores
  • Photo-backed findings list: critical, high, medium, low
  • Site and region comparison
  • Estimated workload, visit frequency and implementation calendar
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a dealer standards audit, and how does it differ from a regulatory inspection?

A dealer standards audit measures whether a station meets head office's standard for brand, visual execution, cleanliness, physical condition and customer experience. Fuel quality, measuring instruments and licensing are inspected by the competent authorities; BİGEL does not do those inspections and instead provides a complementary site standards audit.

What is checked in a fuel station audit?

Brand elements on the canopy and totem, signage and price board, cleanliness of the forecourt and pump islands, physical elements such as barriers, kerbs and railings, plus the shop entrance, checkout and wayfinding. AUDIT 100 measures these across 10 categories and 100 checkpoints; the question set is approved with you before the pilot.

How are audit results scored and reported?

Each item scores Compliant 100, Partial 50 or Non-compliant 0, and category weights produce a station score out of 100. 90–100 means the station meets standard, 75–89 needs improvement and 0–74 requires priority action. Results are tracked through the station scorecard, JSON / PDF reports and BİGEL Map.

How do audit findings turn into action?

Findings are classified by priority and owner, turned into work orders and tracked against a target date. Minor maintenance is resolved with BİGEL CARE and cleaning needs with BİGEL CLEAN; closure is verified with a photo.

How often should stations be audited?

Periodic programmes can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual. A project audit can also be run after a campaign, opening or signage change. The right frequency is agreed with you based on pilot results.

What happens if a critical safety finding is found?

Safety & Risk is the highest-weighted category in AUDIT 100 (15%). A critical finding triggers an instant alert without waiting for the report and is linked to a work order as a priority action.

Our stations also have EV chargers. How are they audited?

Charging points are audited with EV Audit30: 30 standard checks, 6 weighted areas and a site score out of 100. The fuel forecourt and the chargers can be audited together in the same visit plan.
