Scope of this notice
This notice explains, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how we process the personal data of people who visit bigel360.com and submit the quote or pilot request forms on the site.
Data processed during field services that BİGEL provides under customer contracts is outside the scope of this notice. That data is governed by the relevant contracts and separate notices.

What personal data we process
The site collects only the information you enter in the forms yourself. You may leave optional fields blank.
- Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number
- Company details: the company you work for
- Request details: number of sites, solution or starting product of interest, sector, city/region distribution, target start date, and anything you write in the message or notes field
- Transaction details: form type (quote or pilot), the language of the form and the time of submission
- Technical data: connection data such as IP address, browser information and access time that is automatically recorded in our service providers' server logs when you access the site and the form server
Why we process your personal data
- To receive and assess your quote and pilot requests and respond to you
- To schedule a scoping meeting and prepare the pilot scope and proposal
- To contact you by phone or email about your request
- To conduct pre-contract discussions and manage request records
- To prevent misuse of the forms and automated (spam) submissions, and keep the site and our information secure
- To meet our legal obligations and respond to authorised public bodies when required
Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, directly from you, through the forms on bigel360.com. Technical connection data is generated automatically when you access the site.
We process this data on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- Processing is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, where the data belongs to the parties to that contract (Art. 5(2)(c))
- Processing is necessary for BİGEL to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 5(2)(ç))
- Processing is necessary for BİGEL's legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5(2)(f))
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. It may be shared with the following groups only for the purposes above:
- Hosting and infrastructure service providers located in Türkiye and/or abroad that supply hosting, database and infrastructure services for BİGEL's management panel, where form submissions are stored
- The hosting provider of the bigel360.com website
- BİGEL's authorised employees, to the extent needed to assess your request
- Authorised public bodies and judicial authorities where the law requires
Transfers abroad
The site and the management panel run on cloud service providers whose infrastructure may be located outside Türkiye. Data you submit through the forms may therefore be stored or processed on servers abroad.
The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google's servers, and your IP address and browser information may be sent to Google.
Cookies and analytics
bigel360.com does not use analytics, advertising or retargeting tools that track visitor behaviour, and it does not set cookies of its own.
The Google Fonts connection described above and the technical connection logs of the site's and form server's hosting providers are outside this. The site links to our LinkedIn page. If you follow that link, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.
If we add a tool that uses analytics or cookies, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by applicable law. When these periods end, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Quote and pilot requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for the period required by law and as long as needed to assess the request. Where a request leads to a contract, the data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and any statutory retention period.
Data security
BİGEL takes appropriate administrative and technical measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to personal data and to keep it secure. Only authorised users can access form submissions in the panel, and data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to BİGEL to:
- Find out whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing if it is
- Find out the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
- Ask for your data to be erased or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- Ask for third parties who received your data to be notified of any correction, erasure or destruction
- Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

You can send requests about your rights, with information that identifies you, by any of the following means:

We will respond free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the law or in how the site processes data. The current version is always published on this page.
